Bei Übergabe über Postweg trägt der Käufer das Risiko. Ich versichere hiermit die Werke sachgemäß zu verpacken. Der Versand geht ausschließlich versichert als Paket. Der Käufer hat darauf zu achten; VOR Annahme die Umverpackung auf einwandfeien Zustand zu kontrollieren.
Es handelt sich hier um einen Privatverkauf ohne Garantieanspruch, Gewährleistung oder Rücknahme.

In the case of delivery by post, the buyer bears the risk. I hereby assure you that the works will be packed properly.The shipment is exclusively insured as a package. The buyer must pay attention to this; BEFORE acceptance to check the outer packaging for a fine condition.
